The idea of producing a five minute video seemed simple. Producing a video about intellectual property and keeping it short was overwhelming. Here is the video; there is so much more to say.

  2. Hi Rhonda, A short delay caused by a cranky internet connection delayed putting it up until this morning (2/16).
    It's there now.

  3. Your presentation contains lots of details and facts about copy writes. This is a very interesting theme especially with the Internet fast growing. I always believed that when using to educational proposes these law where less restrictive. Fair use doctrine is a valuable law but I did not know the consideration we should take. I recommend you that in a next time you give your opinion between the introductions of different facts.

  4. Thanks Larissa,

My opinion is actually far away from the opinion of the school district.

Basically, I do what I want. At all times I am trying to put myself in a defensible position; but defensible or not, if I received a cease and desist letter I would immediately roll over.

It is difficult to come up with the interpretation everyone would agree on, and I do no have the money to fight it.

The good news, I have never received a letter. I believe your offense would have to be egregious to have a company come after you.
